CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO SOMEONE ELSE?

Yes, orders can be shipped to a different address than the billing address. After you enter your billing address during checkout, you’ll have the option to enter a new shipping address.

 

HOW IS THE SHIPPING COST DETERMINED?

It’s free shipping on all orders over R2000 shipped to a domestic address in South Africa.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

If your order was placed Monday through Thursday it will be shipped the same day or the day after. If your order was placed on Friday prior to 12:00pm, the order may be shipped the same day, if not it will be shipped on Monday. We ship all across South Africa

Depending on your location, shipping delays are normally between 2 and 5 days.

 

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once an order is shipped, we’ll update your account to show the tracking number(s). We will also send you an email containing all the required information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can follow the path of your order from our warehouse to your destination.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Stellar Boutique Collection will issue a refund within 30 days of purchase in the form and amount tendered of the original transaction. All returns or exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached. Merchandise received after 30 days will only be accepted at our discretion for an online store credit.

We offer free shipping on returns and exchanges for a different size, style or color. The return/exchange value is determined by the amount listed on the invoice, or the last retail price of the item.

Please note: We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted with an return Authorization Number (AR) given by a Stellar Boutique client care representative. Kindly note that clearance items are eligible for a store credit only, which is valid for 60 days.

 

WHAT’S THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS?

You need to contact Client Care in order to properly start the Return and Exchange process. You will receive a Return Authorization Number and all the information required for your return or exchange.

Returns and exchanges must be shipped to the address on the return form supplied by your Stellar Boutique client care representative. We offer a convenient pre-paid return shipping label to make your return easy. We strongly suggest you pack and seal your box securely, in the original package if possible, and use the convenient pre-paid return shipping label.

Please note there are no returns or exchanges on final online sale merchandise.

 

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note we always carefully inspect the product you returned before fully processing a refund.

The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. When processing your exchange we automatically credit you in the original form of payment and reauthorize a new payment for your exchange. If you have used Paypal, we will directly refund your account.
